To those of you who have been with me for awhile, it likely doesn’t feel like a surprise that Cuppa is heading for a big transition in the next 6 months!

I began this company while I was in my last year of law school nearly a decade ago and it has been a labor of absolute love and devotion. I poured my heart into Cuppa and feel so lucky to have spent ten years being invited into my clients lives. I’ve loved every minute.

Since selling our home and hitting the road nearly two years ago (whaaaaat?!?!?!), I simply haven’t been quite sure what to do with Cuppa, how to transition it into something more mobile, how to align it with what has become my primary brand. I’ve flipped and flopped, reluctant to let go of something that I spent so long building.

But it’s time to move forward, and I’ve decided to shift my portrait and wedding work to their own sites under the larger umbrella of Cindy Giovagnoli, which will continue to focus on my editorial and travel work as well as the writing, copyediting, and personal coaching that is increasingly making up my livelihood.

So look for Cindy Giovagnoli Portraits and Cindy Giovagnoli Weddings to launch at the beginning of 2019- I can’t wait to share them with you.

In the meantime, feel free to reach out if you are interested in booking a session or talking about your wedding! I can always be reached at staycurious@cindygiovagnoli.com (Please note that the old cindy@cuppaphotography address no longer reaches me!).

Justin on Katahdin in Baxter State Park!

Justin on Katahdin in Baxter State Park!

Hello there!! I will be out of my office hiking around in northern India {away from my computer and internet and email and phone calls and social media} for the better part of the next two weeks! I will be back to work on Monday, September 29!

I beg your patience until I return and look forward to talking with you then!!

Last weekend was Freeport Yoga Company‘s grand opening! I am ridiculously excited to have a fantastic yoga studio a stone’s throw from my house, and Terry and her crew are already working their magic on this sadly out of shape body-o-mine! The grand opening was a smashing success, with more than 100 people coming to take classes, buy some spanky new yoga clothes from the trunk sale hosted by lululemon, and hang out over coffee and snacks! So awesome!!

I shot a few quick headshots for the ladies of Freeport Yoga Company before the holidays…if you come take their classes, you might someday hope to be this cool!

Terry’s kind of awesome, right!?!?!?

The studio is so welcoming!

There were 20+ people in each class, and the variety in ages, genders, and experience was amazing….

Is it okay that I sort of want to BE Terry when I grow up? Or at least her yoga-stud twin?

The Freeport Chamber cam to do a ribbon cutting!

Toga! Yoga! Yoga! Yoga!

Congratulations, Terry!! I am SO SO SO excited that you are open and have officially agreed to be my jedi-yoga-master!

Anne and James’s ceremony was just SO full of laughter!! I could go on and on, but I know you’re ready for the photos, so without further ado…

Have I mentioned how awesome I think the Wells Reserve at Laudholm Farm is? So great!

So much laughing!! I love it!!

Married!!

Anne and James’s portraits are up next!! So beautiful!!

I recently stumbled across this shoot I did last year and realized I’d never posted it!! Some friends and I decided to play around and have some fun and Beth, being the world’s best sport that she is, volunteered to be our model!! Just a bit of eye candy for your Friday morning!!

Thanks, Beth!! This was SOOOO much fun!!!
