It is a special and wonderful thing to have a second chance at love after losing a beloved partner. Robin and Richard’s intimate wedding was beautiful and tear filled and I was so very honored to be a part of it.

Hi there, Strangers! I know that I have been full-on MIA lately, but we are T-minus 6 days from departing Maine and heading out on our big ol’ road trip and life has been two steps past CRAZY over these last months! I so appreciate how patient and understanding you have all been and I can’t wait to share more of the work I’ve been up to over the last few months here soon! If you’d like to follow along as we transition to living life full-time in an 83 sq ft camper and make our way around this amazing country of ours, be sure to head over to my other blog as I will be posting there far more regularly than here!
In the meantime, I cannot believe you guys haven’t seen Bethany & Jake’s insane wedding yet!! Remember their snowy engagement session? Well that was only a little preview of the gorgeousness of their wedding. I just love these two SO much. You know you have the right clients when (1) photos with their dogs is a top priority and (2) the bride wants to stop for ice cream on her way to the reception from portraits (portraits that included skee ball…just saying’). Just pulling this post together this morning has utterly made my day! So without further ado…Bethany and Jake, you guys!!!

You may remember Chantelle and Shay’s gorgeous engagement session (the one with the craziest pink sunset sky at the Portland Head Light ever!) and which included their awesome fur-baby, Rocco! I was beyond thrilled that Rocco was the “flower girl” for their seaside wedding at the ever fabulous French’s Point and couldn’t wait to see this sweet boy in action! Between Rocco, Chantelle singing their first dance song (you read that right, she sang AND danced…ummmm, #talented much?), two amazing families, and more heartfelt little moments of awesomeness than I can begin to list here, this was a wedding for the books.
Chantelle & Shay (and Rocco!), y’all!
That you so much, Chantelle, Shay, and Rocco- you guys are awesome!!
