I have been super excited to share this wedding with you guys! Y’all…Sarah and Patrick’s wedding was just plain old FUN! I mean, like seriously F-U-N. Like there was an insane amount of laughter. And zero stressing out. And champagne being passed around before the ceremony. And giant cut-outs of their heads on the dance floor. Oh…did I say dance floor? Let me just tell you, these guys had a DANCE FLOOR. I don’t think there was anyone left sitting down once the music got going. There were Thai wish lanterns and homemade pie and milk with whoopee pies for a late night snack. And more the anything, what just reverberated around all day and into the night was utter and absolute, unrestrained joy and love. Which is exactly what a wedding ought to be.
Without further ado…Sarah & Patrick’s insanely fun wedding!
Everyone got ready at the ever fabulous Bradley Inn…Beth and Warren are innkeepers and restauranteurs who are absolute experts and two of my very favorite vendors to work with!
Sarah’s gown is by BHLDN…LOVE!
I love first looks so much! There is, to me, just something wonderful and grounding in seeing one another privately before the hustle and bustle of the day begins.
Ahhh! How gorgeous is Sarah!!
Kim at Blue Cloud Farm did amazing work with the floral design…I have a weakness for colorful bouquets! Especially when they have succulents tucked into them!
It was a gorgeous day at the Pemaquid Point Light!
The harpist, Danielle, was amazing!
Did I mention that this wedding was FUN?!?!?!
And then it was off to The Contented Sole for the reception!
Sarah and Patrick baked all of the pies for their dessert table using a special recipe from Patrick’s family!
How hysterical are these gigantic face cut-outs?!?! They were originally intended for the photo booth, but ended up spending much of the night on the dance floor! Bill from Bill Adams Entertainment kept the dance floor hopping!
Sarah and Pat! Thank you both so much for having us be a part of your day!! You guys are a BLAST!
